Sky subscription

I have lost count how many years I have been a sky customer and at the age of 86 years old I am finding it pretty hard to accept that I am paying £47.50 a month. What extras do I have as I don't know why it's costing me so much. I ask if you can email me and explain as I am struggling to pay! I have lived at this address for 33yrs and was a customer before coming here please let me know. Thank You Beryl Parry

Hello Beryl, I'm afraid we're a customer Community, not Sky, and can't therefore give you the details of your subscription. Other than calling Sky, your best option is to have a look at your online bill, which will detail every element of your subscription. We can offer advice if you don't understand anything listed here, and let you know what you may be able to dispense with, if you wish.
