      <description>&lt;P&gt;BRSK advised you on the 5th December that I was leaving Sky. My Contract was up on the 11th January 2025. I went live with them on the 31st December. You then billed me £59.75 &amp;nbsp;And then further payment. I spoke to Customer Services, (Jack) who assured me that Sky would put it right to date I have heard nothing. I cannot afford these amounts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please deal urgently&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;S Young&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
