I got offered to upgrade my broadband from superfast to full fibre 100 for £29, deal end date 29/01/2025, I spoke to someone who offered me a further upgrade to full fibre 150 for £31 pm which I agreed to.

the upgrade was completed on Thursday 6/2/25, but on Friday I checked my April bill and there has been a price increase of £3 to £34,one day after installation and this was not communicated which I find really disappointing and hope someone can rectify this to what I was offered and agreed to.

Contracts are not fixed price. Prices may increase as per the contract you agreed.

There's nothing to rectify. Prices increase every April...

You may be able to leave penalty free to another provider.

Worth nothing that Sky haven't yet started sending the individual comms to each customer detailing how the price rise will personally affect them, but what they have done since announcing the price rises publically is updated the billing system so you can see what your future prices will be. Historically all the user comms are typically received between end of Feb to the end of March.
