&lt;P&gt;If your Sky account t shows as "payment received" then it is because the payment is in the process of being g taken today so your bank account should update either later today or overnight to show it has been taken.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;wanted to come to the community before trying the struggles of getting hold of customer service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;So on my bills and payments section in the app it states that I have paid my £84 bill for this month and that they recieved a payment yesterday. But according to my bank account no such payment has been taken.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to make sure the bill is paid but don't want to do a manual payment and then have them take the direct debit when I can't afford to pay the same bill twice&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice would be greatly appreciated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Do not make a manual payment. A direct debit isn't processed at a weekend so the payment will go through today.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would recommend not making manual payments unless requested to by Sky.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Do not make a manual payment. If it hasn't come out by Wednesday by all means give Sky a call but this scenario will occur every month that your billing date falls on a weekend or a bank holiday.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
