      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got a call to upgrade in January. The woman said the multi room box was free. After a couple of weeks I rang sky to see where the box was. The guy I spoke to said there wasn't an order for the box and would send one out for a fee of £50. I said that I didn't want the box if I had to pay £50. The guy assured me that I would get the £50 back, so I said ok. I wasn't even bothered about multi room but because it was on offer I thought I'd try it out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The £50 isn't usually something that would be refunded but if you have been told otherwise then I would register a complaint so if needs be someone can listen to what was said to you:&lt;/P&gt;
