I need to access Bills & Payments but the website says "This page is restricted"

Hi @r1ck I have just tried mine and there is no problem. I would try browsing Incognito/InPrivate or clear your history and/or cookies.

Thanks but I've already tried that, and I've actually had this issue for a while now - I've never actually been able to view my Bills online

Thanks, I've seen in other forum posts that Sky have reached out to other customers with the same issue (seems like a widespread problem), so I'm waiting for them to reach out 🙂

Are you new to Sky so can't access your bills, if so have you tried linking your account:
