&lt;P&gt;The returns packaging is sent to the account address so if you haven't got it&amp;nbsp;it’s your responsibility to use their own packaging to return it. You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello I moved from my apartment&lt;BR /&gt;I took the WiFi with me but it's disconnected.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I received a message saying I should send it back and they sent me a return package but I don't live there anymore. What should I do moving forward, any advice?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you cancelled at your old property then the equipment will have to be returned, the alternative&amp;nbsp;would have been to use&amp;nbsp;Sky's home moving service so broadband could have been activated at your new address.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To set up broadband at your new property you would need to sign up again as a new customer, using a different&amp;nbsp;email address or using the one you have so long as you remove it from your old Sky ID first.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
