I'm trying to purchase a sky package, my daughter has referred me. But cannot complete order.@samantha .

The important bit is you need to use the link your daughter sent so the referral will go through so what issues are you having using her link ?

My daughter has referred me for sky . I've picked the package, search for address? Done. Whilst waiting for them to place order ,whilst the little circle goes round . Then it says "cannot place your order ?

All you can do is to call Sky to see if they can place the order for you and if you do call make sure you let them know that this was supposed to be a referral order to see if they can also apply this for you.
