To be honest Skys price rises ( if you compared like for like packages and services) isn't really that different to what competitors are doing. In terms of competing ISPs which have updated contract terms to include pound and pence price rises built into contracts these are typically set to £3/month price rises each year so there shouldn't really be anything shocking with regards to the price rises each year around broadband services.

It's just rather frustrating that prices go up, but the steam is not functioning as well as it should, despite it being a very good upgrade

Sky doing what Sky do best: fleecing their customers. They actually believe 'Ad Skiping' is worth £6pm. That 'Kids' is worth £8(!)pm. That Whole Home is worth a whopping £15pm!

Madness!

I'll be downgrading my Netflix to the 'free' tier to offset some of these increases and leaving at the earliest opportunity.

Agreed @82bit re ad skipping. I think it's very useful but definitely not worth £6.99 and should be included in with the costs we already pay. I also downgraded Netflix

The only thing I would say is Sky stream is potentially an excellent product, once Sky deal with the issues with it and improves the item and also not to blame our ISP and networks
