Welcome to the Community @Jimothydinho . Just so you know, we're customers here. You're not talking to Sky customer services.

If you're new to Sky, your first bill is usually 2 weeks after your services are activated. The second bill falls due 2 weeks after the first one.

If that doesn't answer your question, feel free to provide more detail and we'll try to help.

In addition to the information provided by @Mark39 it's not a wise move to withhold any payments to Sky as that would just cause a late payment fee to be added and could cause your services to be restricted.

It may sound counterintuitive but if you do have billing issues with Sky it's always best to allow them to take the payment and then raise a complaint with them. if are in the wrong the overpayment would either be refunded or added as credit to your account and used against future bills. Once you are overdue on a payment Sky wouldn't even engage in a discussion until the amount they believe is overdue is paid.
