    <description>&lt;P&gt;i wish to cancel paramount plus , they say i should do it through sky , sky says i dont have an account. sky marketplace has me signed in but has no account details so i can't cancel anything. seems to me i am getting sent around in circles so i cant cancel anything subscription. when i ring sky HELPLINE &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":rolling_on_the_floor_laughing:"&gt;🤣&lt;/span&gt;what a joke . i dont have a phone number they recognise so cant be bothered and fob me off here. no prizes for customer service here . so perhaps il cancel it at the bank then maybe someone will talk to me&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi sky marketplace is charging me , when i sign in there , it won't display any account details, and when i ring sky they won't talk to me because my phone number doesn't match any account. the virtual assistant is no good as it only sticks to its script 🤷‍&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":male_sign:"&gt;♂️&lt;/span&gt;. paramount tells me i must do it through sky , all the advertising says it's easy cancel any time, .never know something be difficult to do.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
