&lt;P&gt;I would have thought&amp;nbsp;that you should receive some sort of notification so you might want to check with Sky that your cancellation request has been received and acted upon remembering&amp;nbsp;that you have to give 31 days notice to cancel the package.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Afternoon&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To save costs I have cancelled Sky HD today via text message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So far I have had no email to say it is cancelled and still showing active under products in the Mysky app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does it take time to show this cancellation on my account or has it not been actioned correctly.&amp;nbsp; Thanks for any help in advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
