      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4319785"&gt;@Georgitmc3998&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have a continuous payment method set up you should never need to make a manual payment. Once the direct debit has been taken (and cleared), a credit will appear on your account for the amount you have overpaid. This should automatically be used to pay towards your next bill so on that bill date less money should be taken from your bank account. I would recommend not making manual payments unless requested to by Sky.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As the first is a Saturday&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4319785"&gt;@Georgitmc3998&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;the earliest that bill will be taken will be on Monday.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As stated above you don't need to make manual payments as you have done and especially not the day before your billing date.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
