Keep getting noatifications on laptop saying my Sky contract is out of date ...Tried to contact Sky but getting nowhere ..What has happened to Contracts ???

Its a notification From Sky ....saying my contracts are out of date .....but cannot get throo to anyone .......

And how are these notifications arriving to you on your laptop, via an email or do you see them when you login into your account at the Sky website ?

Hi ..it comes up in my Notification an appears on screen for about a minute ...the problem is i cannot get in touch with anyone online ...an trying to phone Sky seems to take ages an no one picks up phone .....ive been with SKY for 15 year ...just want to know if the contracts have changed
