I make an order on 20th December 2024 and it's cancelled I didn't get my refund of £104 and it take almost more than a month and still I didn't get me refund

Any upfront payment you’ve made should be refunded after about 14 days. It appears these are taking longer at the moment as there have been a couple of similar posts. If it takes longer than that you’ll need to call Sky to chase it up.

Sky don't use email for general communication.
