The cancellations team are the best people to speak to about a discounted deal. Call and when the bot asks why you're calling, just say cancel.

Flabbergasted

Today I noticed my contract had gone up 25% so I logged in to Sky to look into this. No matter what I clicked the site just goes round in circles. I stumbled on the option to chat so I clicked on it. A virtual assistant that is virtually useless. Eventually they put me through to a human. Once they realised I wanted to discuss my contract I was passed to another department. Eventually I was introduced to another chap. Had to go through info again but this chap was helpful. We got to the point were I was about to agree a deal when the chat kicked me out. Back to the website. Back to going round in circles. Eventually I found the chat. Back to the Virtual **bleep**. Eventually put through to a human. After 20 minutes he puts me through to another department. Ten minutes later I end up in another chat and go through the same questions. Once again I got to the point were agreeing a deal was a click away and kicked out again. Three hours of a morning wasted. I went out for the afternoon. No one from Sky tried to contact me to ask why I hadn't finished the new deal. I came home and this time I rang a number. A virtual operator asked questions and then sent me a link. I clicked on the link and was re-introduced to the virtual assistant. I failed security because I have no idea of the password I used 6 years ago - I thought I did but clearly not. When it comes to the delivery of the products Sky is okay. When it comes to customer service and their website they are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They make it virtually impossible to speak with a human. Their website, despite their claim, does not answer 90% of queries. I take deals for two years at a time so I don't have this trauma. Can some one please help so I can sort this and get back to living
