    <description>&lt;P&gt;Made an order that miraculously went missing, had customer service tell me to go to dpd which i did turned out sky had asked dpd for it back. Then had to make another order which i have apparently cancelled when i have not. Payed the deposit twice and haven't received a penny back, asked to speak to a manager and was refused. Customer service agent didn't have a clue what he was talking about. you can keep your products i'll be taking my business elsewhere&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If your mobile or Sky glass order is being cancelled then usually it is because you are failing the more enhanced credit checks that are taking place. Any money &amp;nbsp;you have paid should be refunded within 2-3 weeks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sounds like one or both of your orders might have possibly triggered a failure in a credit check. The Customer Services managers are not public facing and rarely speak to the caller directly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
