Hi,

Can anyone help me, i have had sky cinema on offer for £6 pm for a limited time, offer coming to the end.

I phoned up to cancel, they offered me £10 pm, i said no, so i cancelled.

I received a txt meassage today now offering me sky cinema for £7 pm, I must get my offer at sky.com/keepCinema1.

When i click on link, page not found, is this a scam? or genuine offer?, because i would like to pay an £1 pm extra, which is £7 pm.

I don't think it is a scam as that link redirects to a Sky branded page can not be found message, so you might have to call Sky to see if they can apply it for you.

Thanks for the info, i phoned sky customer services, they told me it was scam, but they were going to keep my offer a £6 pm.

When i ask about the period of time i can get this for, they apologized and said we can't give you it now, and I will be paying the full price.

The reason was i had the original offer for 6mths.

So I cancelled.
