      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cancelled Disney + but didn't realise that two payments weren't made as had cancelled the card. The subscription has ended but I owe £21.98 and no idea how to pay. This is restricting my account from viewing mobile phones. &amp;nbsp;I think the problem is that Disney + was through sky marketplace. My regular sky bill continues to be paid and has nothing outstanding. How do I pay and unrestrict my account. A message pops up when I go into marketplace subscriptions advising of the outstanding amount&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is it not an option to subscribe again to Disney+ to see if you can then pay this bill off as perhaps there has to be an activae subscripition in place before you can do this ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Something similar happened to another sky user. They started another Disney + account but still couldn't pay the outstanding amount only the current bill&lt;/P&gt;</description>
