    <description>I made a payment to my mobile account. However money went to tv account which has not been active for years. I was advised money would be refunded same day. However now appears as credit on my deactivated tv account. I require it to be transferred to correct mobile account please.</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you not got a direct debit or continuous card payment method set up, which would have prevented this? T's and C's state that this payment method should be used.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
