Refer a friend reward

Hi all , I've just signed up with sky for Internet and tv , my sister referred me , but wen I signed up it didn't give me an option to say she had referred me , am I still able to get a gift card for sign up with referral even though I've already placed the order.

@Dazzle_r Your friend should have sent you a unique referral link, if they didn't then i'm afraid you didn't go throught the steps for referral.

As @GD1 has said the way this works is you have to use the link your sister should have sent you as they way you order can be tracked so that you and her receive the reward. As you didn't do this then I'm afraid neither of you will receive it.
