      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had fibre fitted late last year &amp;amp; returned the box on 23/12, I had proof &amp;amp; spoke to&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;someone at Sky who told me they wouldnt charge me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This morning I got a text saying a charge is on my account!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I haven't got time to spend another two&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;hours trying to speak to someone who plainly doesn't action what I asked them&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;to do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone got any ideas what I can do?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
