      <title>Credit refund</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I returned my broadband router and Sky Q as requested and it was confirmed as received by Sky. When can I expect a refund, as it states against furure bills but I will not recieve any. How do I go about getting the credit back please? Payment method is still setup as when my account was active.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you cancelled your Sky Q TV&amp;nbsp; and Broadband subscription with Sky and that you have a credit on your account after doing this ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
