i have been sent a link from sky with an offer for my next broadband sunbscription, the link does not work

If you're sure the correspondence is from Sky then give Sky a call and see if they'll match it.

Don't necessarily use a number on the message/email in case it's a scam.

Thanks yes it's definitely from Sky, but there is no phone number to call only the chat but I cannot get anywhere on that
