Forgot to use my "refer a friend" code to sign up

My sister sent me a referral code to sign up to Sky, and I've just signed up this evening - but I forgot to use the code! Is there a way of applying the code retrospectively, or would I need to cancel my order and then submit a new one? (Apparently Sky has already started processing the order - I just got an email from DPD to say they're expecting my parcel!)

All you could do is to refuse the delivery so it gets returned to Sky. This will mean that you will have place the order again and this time via the referral code and this will see you credit checked again.
