&lt;P&gt;Firstly you&amp;nbsp;aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The two sections of the bill doesn't show the dates they refer to but one is the €40 you were expecting and the other is less.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you’re a new customer your first couple of bills are usually higher, basically due to the dates they cover (more than the usual number of days). In effect you’ll be charged from the date of the activation up until the end of that billed month, and for the next month in advance. Check your future bills to see if they reflect the amount you were expecting.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I was overcharged for 35 euros in my second month of joining sky which is today&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;they never told me about this&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;they said it would be 40 euros a month&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but then when I asked customer service&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my first month was 27 days so I was chnarged 40 euros&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For current month I was charged 75 euro as this month it was 31 days so 35 euros extra for 4 days&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;some way of scamming customers&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;35 euros prorated charges for 4 days&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and they said next month will be 40 euro&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Below attached is email from sky saying 40 euros per month evry month for 24 months&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;0 % transparency with customers&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ways of scamming customers&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;see the below attached email screenshot from sky&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;please send me my refund now sky&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i dont Recommend sky&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;virgin media is much more transparent with customers&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_8977.png" style="width: 1290px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/107245iD974D0EB162D61DA/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="IMG_8977.png" alt="IMG_8977.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>
