    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'd suggest phoning Sky. They can see the correspondance sent associated with your account so they should be able to honour it over the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is time to think about renewing. I got the email saying what my options are, the price will go up if I don't do anything. In the email, it shows the options, I like one of them, I click on the link with the ref number and the website says:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P&gt;Technical error&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P&gt;It’s not you, it’s us. Try refreshing the page. Or use the link below to start again.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried again. Many times. I went into the offers section and can see the version that I want, but they are charging an extra £3 per month for the next two years on top of what the email says.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why are they refusing to honour the offer made in their email on the website, on the same day that I recieved the email and what do I do about this, please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;May be worth try refreshing your cookies in your browser or using another browser on another device and see if that helps to get passed the Technical error problem.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Otherwise, call Sky and reference the email you have received.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.&lt;BR /&gt;If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/home" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/home&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.&lt;BR /&gt;(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.&lt;BR /&gt;Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Some of the quieter times to ring are early morning or late evening.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="mailto:I@ve" target="_blank"&gt;I've&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;just spent the last 2 hours trying to find that out. I had the same email. The agent couldn't seem to answer why I couldn't just do what the email stated. Instead, offering me full fibre for more. Email clearly stated I could have the same package for less!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
