Contacting Sky customer service from the USA

There are significant unexpected charges on my bill, which I do not recognise. I am in the USA for a long stay and have tried to "live chat" but it keeps saying no one is available. I am a Sky mobile customer, but I am not sure if the 0330 number will be free for me to call. If it isn't then calling isn't an option as it would cost me an absolute fortune. Is there any other way I can contact Sky billing from the USA? Thank you!

Have you thought about using social media to contact Sky, so the likes of Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp and those at the bottom of this page ?

Perhaps if you tell us what these charges are we might be able to help via here ?

I believe calling 150 should work.

Remember calling US numbers are charged at international rates.

I haven't used them as I am wary of sending account specific information via those platforms. Maybe I'm wrong, but I prefer to err on the side of caution.
