      <title>Address already linked to an old account, so can't place order.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to place an order for Sky stream, but can't as my address is already associated with an old account. The account is mine and I left Sky 4 or 5 years ago, but this seems to be stopping me placing an order, even with a new account (and email address), as as soon as I get to entering the address, it says there is already an account linked and asks for the first 2 digits of the bank account number. I enter these, but it says there is an error and I need to speak to Sky support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have spent 3 hrs over the past 2 days trying to get this sorted, but support don't seem to be able to. They keep passing me from dept to dept and nobody seems able to help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm about to give up on Sky and go to EE.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
