      <description>&lt;P&gt;i have added TV and broadband to my sky account which i have had for many years and my VIP status was Platinum, since changing the status has been reduced to silver? Why is this ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cancelled Tv and broadband 3 yrs ago and went to virgin as sky fibre broadband failed on install and could t be fixed for 2 weeks. I work from home so not ideal and virgin installed in 48 hrs.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
