When I joined Sky I was told I can claim back up to £200 from BT for leaving early. I now have my final BT invoice how do I claim this? Your sales team told me my monthly payment would reduce

It is £100 for TV and £100 for broadband.

You must provide a copy of the bill from BT where you have been charged and a copy of a statment showing that you have paid it and send these to Sky via this email address -¬†switching credit @sky.uk (all one word without the gap)

You will need to contact Sky to discuss reducing your subscription providing you're not still in a minimum term deal.
