I am trying to cancel tnt sports

I want to cancel TNT sports. I tap on cancel, then it says something has gone wrong, and to cancel by checking out with my basket? What basket? I can't find a basket and the virtual help is totally rubbish and won't answer a simple query - cancel tnt sports package. Whichever way you word it, it has not clue, then doesn't take you to a real person! Highly frustrating

Either give sky a call or Select ‘Need more help’ at the bottom of the following link which will lead to contact details.

If you cancel correctly you should receive a confirmation email from Sky.

I had to call them. It was sorted but why don't they just make it easy to do online. So ridiculous

Us too, its appalling. 3 seconds to add a channel, 3 months to try and cancel one.
