    <description>&lt;P&gt;As above, the system takes me through my switching info and goes to check for an installation date but then get a&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;Sorry, we're having technical difficulties&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Unfortunately, we have not been able to proceed with your order. Please try again later.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any ideas?       <description>&lt;P&gt;I've decided to go with vodafone instead as will get £100 cashback to my quidco account. (If I have to call rather than do online with sky I'll miss out on the considerable cashback).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
