    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just pointing out the underlying T&amp;amp;C's you had previously agreed.&amp;nbsp; Technically, you haven't been 'overcharged' but of course you can pursue a complaint etc. with Sky.&amp;nbsp; (As other customers here we cannot help other than point out the terms)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I have been charged for Netflix and sky cinema because sky said i didn't cancel them before 2 months but for 2 months was free but I did cancel before couples of day of 2 months and I have been dragged out with different peoples over the phone some said we have to listen to our voice chat and which they did and I was right but still they didn't care one of lady from there called Ipshi I'm waiting a call back from her</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You have to give 31 days notice to cancel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So if you have 2 months free then you have to cancel at the end of the first month.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;They never told me to cancel 31 days before anything even though I didn't want the Netflix and sky cinema but the sales guy pushed me for it&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
