&lt;P&gt;You are not talking to Sky but to other customer but we might be able to help you on here.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Have you made any manual payments recently and then Sky have also taken the payment from you ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Thereafter you'll pay monthly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
