Thinking of leaving Virgin joining SKY I have been searching the internet for a sales team number but no joy why do companies hide this most important number maybe they dont want new business. Even creating a dicussion is not simple

Under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

https://www.sky.com/help/home

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

@st50 Let us know how you get on, I left Virgin some years ago to move to Sky and I got a cracking deal.

Same problem. I used to use Sky then moved to VM. Trying to move back but the Sky portal says i already have an account so cant order TV etc. Unfortunately, you cant speak to anyone ast Sky. I've been in a death spiral with the Virtual Chat for 20mins just going through the same loop.

Worth considering other options if Sky doesnt want to speak with new customers.

Have you tried saying nothing when asked any questions by the bot ?
