Sounds like discounts may have expired. Sky notify you when you sign up to a deal how long the discounts last. They don't send reminders.

Sky will have told you the date any discount was ending when you took it out so if it has ended you’ll be paying the full undiscounted price. Perhaps compare a previous bill to your latest bill and see where the amounts differ

If your discounts have ended the best new discounts are normally acquired by calling Sky and negotiating or potentially amending your package which will now require a 24 month minimum term contract. Remember Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount, and recent posts on here indicate that significant discounts are now harder to come by. If you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.

Same here , discounts don't run out until November 2025 , it looks like signature has gone up from £22 -£28.50 with discount £22-£26.50 that's nearly a 25% increase

Netflix has gone up £7-£9.49 ( discount included ) again that's over 30% increase in price, way above inflation

@Evanjames170511 the annual price increase is from 1 April. Are you looking at a future bill?
