    <description>&lt;P&gt;It wouldn't be unusual for organisations the size of Sky to avoid handling paper mail. Imagine the admin involved in managing postal deliveries.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I would suggest speaking to your old provider about how you can obtain a pdf copy of your final bill. Check your paper copy first, though, to make sure that the termination charges are clearly specified as such. If they're not, Sky will simply reject your claim so there would therefore be no point in proceeding with it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
