Hi @MattPreston This is a customer only Community, you will need to call SKY and talk to an advisor with regards to your subscription.

You might be able to do this online here:
https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/tv-packs

If not then you will need to contact Sky and give them 31 days notice to cancel it, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page on the above link.
