Hi, I have a social tarrif BB and free sim with guaranteed no charges for the calls and texts within the 24m duration. How do I get the charges removed?

While Broadband Basics is a 24 months deal, the associated Sky Mobile free data plan is for 12 months. Have the 12 months expired?

What are the charges for? Not all calls are inclusive. (E.g. to service numbers such as 0845)
