If you want to cancek the HD package then you might be able to do this online here:
https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/tv-packs

If you can't then you will need to contact Sky and give them 31 days notice to cancel it, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page on the above link.
