    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've just got a new phone and setting it up, on my old phone I could see the broadband under my partners name and the sims and phones under my name but now it's not letting me link the account I can only see bills for broadband, it keeps telling me it's already linked but nothing showing&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Not sure how you managed to do that so did you keep having to login and out of the app to see these different accounts ?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Usually all you should need to do is to login to the account with the same Sky ID and password that you used with the app on your old phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
