Sky credit refund

I had no wifi or tv for around 3 weeks due to sky engineer missing first appointment and this meant I had to go weeks without no internet or tv I spoke to a advisor on the phone and she said I will get 6 pound a day credit for this, when will I get paid for this

It is applied 30 days of the issue being fixed and will appear as a credit on your account.
