    <description>&lt;P&gt;i cancelled my account and the service ended on 9th Nov 2024. Sky has taken payment to 25th Nov 2024. i require a refund for the intervening period. Sky has made no effort to refund me and must do so with out any further delay.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;In that case you will have to call them as usually an overpayment on a cancelled account will appear as a credit that can then be refunded so they will need to look into this for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
