      <description>&lt;P&gt;To whom it may concern.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We cancelled our subscription to sky after 4 years use, we were told a postal box would be sent so we could return our sky broadband box. We have yet received nothing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't find a number to contact or email address to write to. I do not want to get charged for not returning my sky broadband box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You can use your own packaging as explained here. Sky's packaging is usually sent towards the end of your notice period. Give them a call if you haven't received it.&lt;/P&gt;
