    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I paid my sky mobile bill today and set up new payment details.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3 hours later my phone and data still restricted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have spoken to someone and they said nothing wrong with account and hung up on me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When on my account it says I need to set up new payment method which I also done.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You still have to wait for your payment to clear into Skys account. It's not instant. Also if your payment was more than 2 weeks late you need to pay the next bill as well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No it wasn't 2 weeks late and according to the sky employee everything is fine and shouldnt have any restrictions on my account. I guess it's a waiting game&lt;/P&gt;</description>
