    <description>&lt;P&gt;I joined on the 3rd January and when I log onto my account it says I have an overdue bill that needs to be paid or services will be restricted (says bill due date 17th Jan??) and that&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;We no longer hold any valid payment details for your Streaming TV service...when I click on the link to update my payment details are not there - any advice?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
