I've paid 10 pounds for sky cinema which I noticed is included in my sky subscription anyway so should I still he paying £10 when it's included as, basically I'm paying for it twice. On its own as a subscription and then In the sky entertainment etc it says it's, included.

Sky Cinema is an add-on to the basic TV package so you should only being paying for it once per bill so why do you say you are being billed twice for it, can you post an image of your bill (blank out your account number if you do this).

This is my bill and what's included and as you see I'm paying 10 for sky cinema even though i have the sky ultimate package which comes with sky cinema

The Sky Ultimate package doesn't come with Sky Cinema as this is an additional package like Sky Sports is. The Ultimate package includes the entertainment channels and Netflix with ads.

Yup, looks correct to me. Cinema is a separate premium subscription.
