      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same problem. I recently opened an account, waiting for installation. I have an email "We're pleased to confirm your order with Sky Broadband and Talk" - there's No Account Number on it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've logged in online to try and access the number and I get a page that says: "Household related account information".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try and access the page with my orders I get this message: "&lt;FONT face="helvetica" size="3"&gt;This page is restricted"&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="helvetica" size="4"&gt;I had a referral code, getting emails to say time is running out to use it, but I can only use it when I have an account number.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
