Probably best to write, not only because the other options require you to identify yourself as a customer, but also because a letter is more likely, IMHO, to find the appropriate department Use the address from the complaints guide here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint#

I have not tried to open an account with Sky.

My credit reference agency have been notified and they also asked me to notify Sky.

I have tried calling Sky but they won't speak to me because I don't have an account.

How do I go about informing Sky asap so they don't open the fraudulent account?

Thanks

Greg
